About us
We have many years experience within the field of Mental Health Law in Scotland with our solicitors having appeared at several hundred Mental Health Tribunals as both solicitor and curator ad litem. This experience has been gained throughout Scotland – with different areas of the country facing their own particular set of challenges dependent on the use of resources by individual NHS Trusts and Local Authorities.
We aim to provide a consistently high quality service throughout the course of any case, whilst offering the flexibility to treat each case in an individual manner. We are also able to offer a prompt and efficient service for patients and Named Persons throughout Scotland, with an aim of taking instructions from new clients on the same or next day.
